Reservations are secured with a deposit of one night's lodging cost.

Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to a recreation require forfeiture of one night's lodging cost per room reserved, unless the room can be filled.

No part of the deposit is refundable if reservation is not cancelled (because we are small, a vacancy caused in this manner is significant).

Check-in time for weekend stays is after 4:00 p.m.; by special arrangement during the week.
